NFCO serves Armed Forces, Veterans, First Responders, Healthcare Providers
and their families by offering activities and gatherings to foster social
networking and fellowship.
Fundraising events are held through the year to raise funds for our cause.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Joseph Kasper is the CEO of Not Forgotten Community Outreach, Inc. and owner of Not Forgotten Foundation, LLC.
Mr. Kasper retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service. He has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Management Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
In addition to overseeing NFCO and NFF, Mr. Kasper continues to work for the federal government.
Mr. Kasper burns the candle at both ends because when he gets to heaven he wants to have nothing left to give.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Paul M. Glozer, Jr. is a 20 year Air Force veteran with a background in Logistics Management.
Mr. Glozer currently fills two Not Forgotten Community Outreach positions, NFCO Top 3 member and Chief Financial Officer.
We continue to strive for greatness and look forward to what the future holds for NFCO.
Mr. Glozer enjoys playing softball and being out sharing the brotherhood with his military brother/sisters. All of this while still being a devoted husband and father!
