Executive Team



Joseph (JD) Kasper is the founder and CEO of Not Forgotten Experience, Inc. and Not Forgotten Foundation, LLC.  

Mr. Kasper retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service.  He has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Management Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. 

In addition to overseeing NFE and NFF, Mr. Kasper continues to work for the federal government.  

Mr. Kasper burns the candle at both ends because when he gets to heaven he wants to have nothing left to give.



Shawn Kersh is the Chief Director of Operations for Not Forgotten Experience, Inc.

As a 20 year Veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Kersh served as a Human Resources NCO.  Since retirement from the Army, Mr. Kersh continues to give back to our Service Members, Veterans, and family members.   Currently, Mr. Kersh is a Veterans Benefits Specialist for the Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs.  He also is the Head Coach for the Not Forgotten Intramural Softball team.  

Mr. Kersh holds dual Associates degrees in Business Administration and Network Systems Security Management from Stratford University. 

Mr. Kersh is married to his wife Janell, who is currently serving as a Msgt in the Air Force. They have two wonderful sons; Jondae 16, and Shawn Anthony 7.



Paul M. Glozer, Jr. is a 20 year Air Force veteran with a background in Logistics Management. 

Mr. Glozer currently fills two Not Forgotten Experience (NFE) positions, NFE Top 3 member and Chief Financial Officer over the last two years. 

We continue to strive for greatness and look forward to what the future holds for NFE. 

Mr. Glozer enjoys playing softball and being out sharing the brotherhood with his military brother/sisters. All of this while still being a devoted husband and father!
